Accounting Professional

Description ASC is looking for a high-energy, positive team member to join a growing industry in our Accounting Department.

Maintain positive relations with vendors to avoid duplicate payments and potential billing errors.

The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for many different accounting activities including but not limited to: accounts payables, receivables, records and control reports, preparing invoices,recording transactions, maintaining payment records, journal entries, and other general accounting functions.

Assist the whole Accounting team as necessary. Requirements

Assertive, upbeat, positive personality 

Excellent communication skills

Preferred experience with small company wholesale distribution

Key Responsibilities: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

Requires a min. of 4 years of experience in A/P, A/R, and Collections

MUST be proficient in QuickBooks and Excel.

Excellent computer and analytical skills.

Must have a good understanding of prioritizing and ability to multi task.

Mondays thru Fridays 8:30am-5:30pm.
