Accounting Manager of Financial Reporting!

A technology company in the Dulles corridor is looking for an Accounting Manager of Financial Reporting. The perfect candidate does not need previous SEC experience. However, they are looking for someone that has managed a staff and worked in number of different accounting roles.

Position:Reporting monthly results headquarters Preparing SEC reporting schedules such as Other Income / Expense, Special Charges, and OIBDA, as well as the Equity Statement Consolidating various entities and eliminating all intra company transactions Ensuring all SOX requirements Supervising 2
