Accounting Manager for hot start up company!

Exciting high-tech company is seeking an Accounting Manager to join the accounting team. This position will report into the CFO and be responsible for all aspects of accounting.Job DescriptionManage all activities of the general accounting functions, from transactional to reporting. Perform month-end close activities. Participate in developing accounting system enhancements. Provide direction and management guidance to accounting team and is involved in developing, modifying and executing company policies.QualificationsBA / BS in accounting, finance or equivalent required. Excellent communication skills. 8 - 10 years experience, with combination of public and private, preferably in a start-up environment. Must have 3 years management experience.
