A Growing Real Estate Company inDallas is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to be part of their growing team. Qualifications:Accounting degree Ability to manage people Cash management experience preferred Ability to multi-task and thrive on variety yet focus on details. Experience with partnership entity structures, agreements, accounting and capital structures. Duties: Prepare financial statements for investment entities, including real estate, operating entities and trusts Manage debt issuance, debt service, and refinancing processes. Project and manage cash flow for private investments Gather underlying investment data for preparation of financials Coordinate preparation of tax returns and tax estimates Specific duties: Prepare, or oversee preparation of, all investment entities and trusts PB loans, fund borrowings and transfers, commissions, interest payments Please submit a copy of your word formatted resume to rami.muhanna@parkerlynch.com for immediate consideration.
