Accounting Manager / Controller
Position Summary:
This is a terrific opportunity to join a company located in Northern NJ. The Accounting Manager/Controller reports directly to the CFO and will be responsible for financial oversight of existing companies and the consolidated financial statements.
Additional responsibilities include assisting with the establishment and oversight of financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems of the following areas: General Accounting, Insurance, Treasury and compliance with Credit Agreements, Budgeting and Forecasting and the annual financial audit.
Education and Experience Requirements:
CPA and/or MBA is desirable. 5 to 8 years of progressive responsibilities in finance and accounting with more than two years supervising subordinates in finance and accounting. Recent experience working with audited financial statements and treasury management is required. Experience working in an environment reporting to external lenders preferred.
The Accounting Manager/Controller must possess outstanding oral and written communication skills.
