Vernon facilities; Review of E-time sign-offs; Time clock management; Hourly payroll reports from ADP; Payroll journal entries weekly / monthly; Raw material / Maximo receipt control; Investigation / Processing of problem AP invoices from corporate; Capital Projects Spending Tracking; Fixed Asset controls; Weekly balance of production with TM1; Monthly Maximo purchase order close; Rotating monthly internal audits.Assist with regular finished goods cycle counts; Cost Analysis; Projects related to Manufacturing process improvements; Weekly cost analysis of whse/shipping operations; Lock out Tag out procedures for Maintenance; Monthly closing responsibilities; Assist with annual budgeting process.Volt is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
