Accounting/Construction
Morristown based Project Management/Development Services Company in need of Construction Accountant to manage and implement all construction and project management invoicing. Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, advanced knowledge of Excel and QuickBooks. 3-5 Years in construction accounting required, accounting degree preferred. 45-55k, Email resume to Cristina at camyot@enformhr.com .
Position Title: Construction Accountant

Reports To: Controller
Hours (if applicable): 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Overall Responsibility
Manage and implement all construction and project management invoicing.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Construction project billing processing Subcontractor Invoices and Monthly Project Requisitions
Project Budget Analysis and Job Setup
Income Analysis and Projection
Budget tracking and change orders both owner and sub-contractor
Monthly financial reporting; Income, P&L and Balance Sheets
Income projections vs. actual analysis
Job completion analysis and billing
Sub-Contractor billing and lien waivers
A/R, A/P
Creation and manipulation of Excel spreadsheets
Skills & Attributes
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
Advanced knowledge in Excel and QuickBooks.
Experience Required
3 - 5 years in construction related accounting
Degree in Accounting preferred
