Accounting Clerk - Miramar area

Job Purpose:

Supports accounting operations for a growing company to include payroll processing, inventory and A/P and A/R functions.

Duties:

* Processes weekly payroll for multiple locations.

 

* Processes weekly invoicing for multiple jobs.

* Tracks inventory using the accounting system and coordinates with operations to maintain accurate daily inventory totals.

* Assists with a variety of other accounting functions including accounts payable processing, accounts receivable, month end reporting and reconciliations.* Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Skills/Qualifications:

Experience in processing A/P, A/R, inventory or payroll a must.  Productivity, Dependability, General Math Skills
