Accounting Clerk I

Job Purpose:

Supports accounting operations by filing documents; reconciling statements; data entry.

Duties:

* Maintains accounting records by making copies; filing documents.

* Reconciles bank statements by comparing statements with general ledger.

* Maintains accounting databases by entering data into the computer;         accounts payable and accounts receivable.* Assists in preparation of monthly reports for clients.

* Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.

* Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

* Assist with telephones / reception.

Skills/Qualifications:

Organization, Proficiency with QuickBooks and Yardi, Reporting Skills, Attention to Detail, PC Proficiency, Typing, Productivity, Dependability, General Math Skills, Good Comunication Skills, Bilingual helpful
