Accounting Assistant/Junior Financial Administrator
Burson-Marsteller seeks a fulltime Accounting Assistant to work directly with Finance Director. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in the Accounting field.

 

IDEAL CANDIDATES
Will be a degreed Accounting major with at least 1-2 solid years of experience in a junior accounting capacity and working knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley reporting requirements. Candidate will match receipts against reported expenses and make judgments regarding the adequacy or legitimacy of receipts submitted by employees, review for accuracy of expenditure types and flag out-of-policy expenses while assuring control and compliance with company Sarbanes-Oxley policies.  Candidate will also be responsible to assist with other financial account projects as needed.


QUALIFICATIONS
Other qualifications include excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and function efficiently without guidance in a fast-paced office environment. Excel skills are a must, Oracle a plus.
