Summary

Prepare and/or review of various footnotes and MD&A sections for 10-Qs & 10-Ks. Fair Value in accordance with SFAS 157 & 159, Segment Reporting, Cash Flow Statement, and review of various MD&A disclosure (Business Environment, Results of Operations and Derivative disclosures). Responsibilities are routinely rotated with other members in the team.

ResponsibilitiesPrepare/review quarterly earnings releases and speeches Perform monthly reporting requirements and other projects Regular interaction with individuals of all levels in multiple departments, including accounting policy, business finance, Office of the General Counsel and external auditors

QualificationsBachelorâ€™s Degree in Accounting CPA strongly preferred 5 to 8 years of related experience; Public accounting (Big 4 a plus) and/or SEC reporting Financial services experience a plus Strong Excel skills; Hyperion a plus
