Accountant - Cost Mid-Range

Our client is looking toadd a Cost Accountant (and Analyst) to their manufacturingand accounting support team. This position is responsiblefor multiple aspects of cost accounting, annual setting ofproduct standards, monthly forecasting, reconciliation andanalysis of monthly inventory, cycle count reporting andanalysis, system implementation, month-end close asrelated to the division, product analysis includingmaterial usage, price variance, investment and cost centerspread. This position will partner with the Manufacturingleadership team, accounting, audit and IT. You must be ableto work independently.RequirementsDegree in Accounting with 3+ years of related experience inmanufacturing and cost accounting essential. CPA/MBA+ butnot required. Prior experience with SAP, strongorganizational skills and Access/Excel skills needed.
