This is a tremendous opportunity for the right person!!! My client is a busy, dynamic and growing CPA firm  - they are seeking an experienced CPA who is looking to take his/her career to a higher level combined with  a new challenge.

This office is  smaller (approximate 20-25 employees) and friendly with a  family oriented atmosphere - the staff is happy, motivated and work well together. They are professional self starters who do not need to be "micro-managed"  They are hardworking with a committment to excellence.  The boss is open minded, caring and willing to listen to new ideas.

Responsibilities will include Tax and Client services (50%); compilation and management reporting (35%); review and audit (15%).  This position oversees and manages the accounting staff - you will be the "go to" person.  Additionally, completion of audits; corporate tax 1040s, light estate work, financial statements, etc.

Required skills: client development and client consulting including offering new and expanded services; assigning project and oversee staff; defining problems and implementing solutions; meeting deadlines; a clear understanding of SFAS rules.
