Account Service Representative

Ketchum Directory Advertising is a leading directive advertising agency specializing in print and online yellow pages and search solutions for our clients. Right now we are hiring for an Account Service Representative.
Responsibilities include coordinating program administration, media placement, ad trafficking, handling client inquiries, verifying and auditing proof of advertising placements, program reporting, and special projects.
Requirements include a college degree or previous advertising/customer service experience, computer literacy, written & verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
