The People Bank – Mississauga is currently looking for an Account Manager - Inside Sales for our client in the industrial and safety products industry. This opportunity will be based in Concord, ON.

This position will be tasked with targeting new accounts within an assigned territory to drive increased sales. Account management will also fall under your responsibilities ensuring that existing account revenue is increased and loyalty and retention are given the highest priority. This is primarily a hunting role, an inside sales professional who is comfortable marketing a large catalogue and who understands and is driven by metrics is ideal. Our client utilizes sales techniques which focus on understanding customer needs and developing cost effective solutions leading to win-win scenarios for all parties.

To succeed in this role you must have:

1-3 years of successful B2B sales experience – preference given to candidates with previous inside sales experience

Completed post-secondary education
*
Proven time management skills and a strong internal drive
*
Exemplary communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
*
A tireless work ethic – you must be someone who is not happy until expectations have been exceeded
