Account Analyst

Account AnalystReviews and analyzes customer accounts for accuracy and makes collection calls. Makes credit decisions on branch and used car shipments based on customer history. Coordinates credit approval, documentation, invoicing, dispute resolution, account analysis and customer payment for all assigned accounts. Prepares monthly reports and serves as back-up to Accounts Receivable Supervisor.  *Make collection calls to customers each week based on established priority list*Researches any invoicing discrepencies and make any necessary corrections*Prepares misc. credits/billings per established guidelines and fowards them to the Billing Cordinator for processing in an accurate and timely manner.*Calls customer with any questions regarding discrepancies or short payments*Completes credit inquiries on customer accounts in territory of responsibility.*Maintains a file on customer correspondence*Prepares various credit and collections reports as needed*Prepares reconcilliations for large/strategic accounts*Performs other related duties as required.Percentage of Travel: 10%Min.
