The Position: Audit Manager is responsible for partnering with 2 other Managers in leading a team of 10 professionals on local audit engagements (no travel required). This position will grow to be responsible for overseeing the firm’s quality assurance and peer review.The Candidate: CPA and BS Accounting or Finance is required. Current public accounting experience is required, with a strong technical audit background with a depth of expertise a must! Some tax and/or business advisory experience is valued. Leadership skills must be well developed, with proven ability to train, mentor and manage staff and projects. Ideal candidate will be a business savvy out of the box thinker, comfortable with autonomy and desire to be a leader in the public domain and local community. Compensation: Salary negotiable, up to $120K for ideal qualified candidate. Partnership is the career track, and an immediate offering for the appropriately qualified individual.
