Company:Â Â Ajilon Finance Job Category:Â Â Accounting/Finance/Insurance Reference Code:Â Â SO-05283-525034 Location:Â Â CA 90720 Job Status:Â Â Full Time, Temporary/Contract/Project AR/COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST Responsibilities and Requirements: Daily collections of assigned accounts High aptitude for analyzing and problem solving account discrepancies Experience with heavy reconciliation and deduction resolution skills Update customer accounts with contact information Cash application and AR reporting Ability to professionally work with customers, inside and outside sales, and interface with all departments Excellent communication and presentation skills required Demonstrate initiative with commitment and ability to work under pressure with high volume accounts and tight collection deadlines. Provide customer payment forecasts. Maintain a targeted DSO and reducing account risk. Follow proper documentation of credit policies and procedures. Assist AR Manager in special projects and essential functions of day to day staff support. Qualifications: Prefer degree or college courses in Business, Finance, Accounting, or other related field 3-5 years experience in accounts receivable department processes and collections for Tech industry Strong business and organizational skills Attention to detail and multi-task Proficient using in Microsoft Office applications, Oracle or SAP Knowledge of Monarch or other similar customer report package helpful Salary/Pay Rate: $45,000 About Ajilon Ajilon Professional Staffing is a leader in recruiting and project consulting, with specialty divisions in finance & accounting, management & office support, and legal.
