AP Vendor Relationship Specialist

The AP Vendor Relationship Specialist will be responsible for managing the Company relationship with Vendors in regards to AP and AR. 

Primary Responsibilities:

Act as a Laiason between the Company and our Merchant partners in regards to all AP and AR open issues.  Insure prompt and professional communication in order to reconcile accounts with Vendors.  Respond immediately to e-mails or calls regarding Vendor Accounts.Establish excellent rapport and partnerships with Merchant partners in order to promote future transactions.Receive data analytics from AP and work directly with vendors to resolve any discrepancies on either side. 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Must have the ability to communicate calmly and clearly with all levels of the organization.Must have excellent e-mail and phone etiquette in order to communicate professionally with VendorsPrevious successful supervisory experience a must.Must have AP experience, and an understanding of AP reports and analytics.Must have the ability to communicate information about accounts in order to promote “win-win” situations with Vendors.
