AP Clerk 28-32k (Medical Dental and 401k Benefits!)
The Accounts Payable Clerk reports to the Senior Accountant and is responsible for providing financial, administrative and clerical services. The financial responsibilities include: processing and monitoring payments and expenditures, matching and entering invoices, posting entries, and preparing weekly check runs. The administrative and clerical services encompass reconciliation of vendor statements, filing and preparing monthly accruals, vendor G/L analysis and other duties as required. Providing these services in an effective and efficient manner will ensure that our financial records are accurate and up to date and that vendors and suppliers are paid within established time limits. Skills/Qualifications: Ideal candidate have an Associates or higher degree with 2 years of relevant work experience;We offer every employee comprehensive Health, Dental, Life and Disability insurances as well as participation in our 401(k) plan along with paid vacation and holiday leave.
