AP AuditorThe AP Auditor performs routine accounting activities including general ledger maintenance, preparation of various accounting statements and financial reports and performs accounts payable or receivable functions. This position requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with 1-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.  Candidates should have knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the accounting field. The AP Auditor relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job and works under immediate supervision. The AP Auditor will report to a supervisor or manager with primary job functions that do not typically require exercising independent judgment.

 

Additional Responsibilities:

·        Performs AP voucher matching process

·        Inputs daily cash 

·        Maintains all vendor paid files

·        Maintains vendor master

·        Effectively communicates with employees and management

 

    

Requirements:

·        Previous experience (1-3 years) in an accounting  environment

·        Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook

·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills
