Manage a team in the evaluation of Anti-Money Laundering compliance programs for the Banking and Securities Industry. Must be able to evaluate and make recommendations regarding the effectiveness of an institution's monitoring system. Will be responsible for executing reports relevant to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), US Patriot Act and NASD rule 3011. Position includes working as a member of a team on multiple projects simultaneously, consistent contact with clients at mid-size and major financial institutions and law firms. BA/BS in Accounting - CPA or CIA preferred Knowledge of general regulatory requirements in addition to BSA/AML/OFAC regulations and their application to an organization, including banks, insurance services and brokerage firms. Experienced in forensic accounting/financial investigations, and or compliance/ regulatory ' ACAMS and CFE certification a plus Evaluate internal controls structures and data to help identify weaknesses and associated risks. Familiar with AML monitoring systems and a basic understanding of the technology used in the industry.
