ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Currently we seek a full-time administrative team member.

This individual’s responsibility is to perform the following administrative duties:  Backup receptionist/front desk reception area, as necessary Sort, distribute, and post incoming/outgoing mail including FedEx and couriers Copy, sort, collate, and assemble tax returns and other documents in accordance with specific instructionsType, format, and edit transmittal letters to clientsPrepare client file folders using specific guidelines for labelingSort and file correspondence and client filesOperate a variety of office machines such as photocopiers, fax machine, postage scale/meter, and scanner

 

Qualified candidates will posses the following:Strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate and avoid potential problems before they occurPleasant, professional demeanor and excellent phone acumen Demonstrated multi-tasking skills with excellent follow through on concurrent projectsAbility to prioritize and meet deadlines in a high production environmentStrong verbal and written communication skills and willingness to do whatever it takes to complete a taskAccurate 50+ wpm typing ability with experience in Word, Excel, and ACT A minimum of 2 years experience providing administrative support in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment Able and willing  to work significant seasonal overtime
