A New York City based company is currently looking for an ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE/COLLECTIONS candidate to work in their satellite office located in Jersey City.

Responsibilities inlcude:Scanning invoice back-up to the A/R folders on the network drive Preparing project account reconciliations for clients as requested Working with clients to make sure invoices are paid Maintaining relationships with clients and sending out monthly aging statements Processing cash receipts from clients and maintaining cash on account Working with the Operations teams to answer clients questions regarding invoices (This may include questions regarding who approved our services to what exactly we did on the project) Verifying any new billing information and updating the projects in Mi3 and Great Plains Processing write offs and credits
