ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE BILLING SPECIALIST
San Jose based Software Company has an immediate need for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist. Candidate will be joining a fast paced environment and must be able to work with deadlines. Job Duties: Customer billing Research customer disputes Work with customers to resolve invoice issues Contracts administration, tracking and data entry Reviewing and processing service renewals including customer correspondence, management reporting and processing Requirements and Skills: Knowledge of Oracle preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task 4 year degree or equivalent work experience Detail Oriented Understanding of general accounting principals Accountants Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
