ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST

Amphenol Printed Circuits, Inc. (APC) designs and manufactures backplanes, rigid flex, flexible circuits and assemblies for various industries to include: Military, Military Aerospace, Aviation, Medical, Computer, Consumer Products, Industrial and Communications. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

·  Establish and supervise all accounts payable activities to insure that all procedures are being followed and vendors are paid in a timely manner.

·  Coordinate all accounts payable transactions as required.

·  Assures vendor invoices are matched and processed accurately.  Prepare weekly check runs and maintain checkbook activity.

·  Prepare all required month-end accounts payable reports, reconcile travel advance, and petty cash accounts.

 

REQUIREMENTS: 

·  Requires an associated degree or equivalent.

·  2+ years in an accounting position with specialized skills in accounts payable operations.

·  Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.  Paradigm software a plus.

·  Good organization and communications skills are essential.

·  Must be able to work independently in a fast paced, high volume environment.
