ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK
Newmark Knight Frank Global Management Services is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Accounting Department in Parsippany, NJ.

The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for reviewing and validating invoices, identifying and researching problems and bringing questions on variances to the Property Controller’s attention. Additional responsibilities for this position include the following:
Receive documents; review and validate invoicesMatch purchase ordersReview check requests, expense reports and general ledger codingResearch vendor payment issues and related filingPrepare and maintain analytical schedules for certain expensesMaintain spreadsheets to track expensesAssist with other projects as necessary
Requirements:
Associates or Bachelor's degree in Accounting2-5 years experience in commercial real estate accounting requiredStrong attention to detailFamiliarity with general ledgerMicrosoft Word and Excel requiredProficiency in MRI preferred
