ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR-PAYROLL

ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR-PAYROLLWe are a 500 million dollar non-automotive manufacturing facility currently in need of an accounting supervisor with an emphasis on payroll due to an internal promotion. 1.  Minimum Requirements:  BS Degree in Accounting/Finance with 3 years of related work experience.  1-2 years of supervisory experience in the field of Accounting/Finance.  Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping terms and procedures.  Must be able to positively influence and informally lead other parts of the organization.  Must have effective communication skills as well as strong organizational skills.  Must have working knowledge of SAP and Kronos.   Preferred Requirements:  BS Degree in Accounting with a minimum of 5 years experience in the field of accounting.  3 years supervisory experience.  Knowledgeable in advanced accounting methods and procedures.  Operates with appreciable latitude for non-reviewed action or decision.  Must have strong PC skills to include spreadsheets and databases – Microsoft Access and Excel.  Must have strong and highly effective communication and organizational skills.  Must have a strong working knowledge of SAP and Kronos SAP EXPERIENCE/KNOW HOW HUGE PLUS!!!!
