• Cash Collection & Receipts from Customers (checks / credit card / wire transfers), – application to AR and Bank G-L Accounts
• Maintenance of Cash position “dash-board”
• Reconciling of Bank Accounts
• AR Adjustments & Reconciliations
• G/L Account Reconciliations
• Input of AP Invoices
Education / Experience / Skills:
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in accounting from 4 year college or university; 2-3 years of related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education experience. Ability in English to read, analyse, write reports of business, professional correspondence. Computers & Software: dexterous in a number of desktop applications (e.g. Windows’XP, MS Excel, Word, etc.), proficient with an enterprise software system.
