A.S. Payroll Specialist
PAYROLL SPECIALIST
Under the direction of the Associated Students Payroll Supervisor, the Payroll Specialist performs a variety of payroll clerical duties necessary to process payroll in a timely, accurate and efficient manner, maintains employee and payroll records, reconciles accounts as assigned; prepares and distributes a variety of payroll reports, directs the work of part-time staff.
The successful applicant will have three years experience maintaining and processing in-house payroll in an electronic environment. Must be dependable and helpful and have exceptional customer service skills. Must have a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
SALARY & BENEFITS
Salary Range: $14.56 -$20.79/hour. This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position.
