A/R Accounting Specialist
A/R Accounting Specialist
This individual will take the lead of our billing process and serve as the primary contact to business and customer service departments for customer billing inquiries. Furthermore, the A/R Accounting Specialist will be responsible for running the monthly billing report that is provided to senior management and will assist with month-end close and other special projects as needed.
We offer a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. Therefore, our ideal candidate must be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and great organizational skills. Knowledge of Quickbooks and Mas500 is a plus. Heavy credit card processing (daily cc transaction volumes 200-300)
Furthermore, our ideal candidate must be able to meet deadlines, but have the flexibility for unexpected changes. The ability to perform in a self-managed environment is essential for success in this position.
· 2 - 3 years of billing and accounts receivable experience
