In search of an experienced A/P - A/R Clerk to compile, process and maintain accounts payable and purchasing records for construction projects.Ideal candidate will have prior experience the Construction Business.Process approve construction expenditure Requests in accordance with departmental polices and procedures.Generate and distributes P.O.Route invoicesCheck and verifies invoices for paymentPrepare invoice deduction notices as necessaryPrint Accounts Payable reports and maintain all accounts payable files.Prepare analysis of accounts, as requiredAssists in monthly closingsHandle filing and data entry as needed Answers vendor inquiresAnalyze vendor accountsAssist with special project, as necessaryStrong Mathematical skills, computer skills, and common knowledge of MS Office programs.
