(5) RETAIL BILLING ANALYSTS - LITTLETON NH

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. 1.  Work to resolve retail billing and usage investigation issues.2.  Ensure adherence to all Corporate Billing and Revenue Assurance Policies.3.  Ensure adherence to all monthly billing cycle processes including usage billing, treatment, disconnects, write-offs, refunds, security deposits and service order processing to ensure all data is available for billing and all data requirements have been met for audit compliance. 4.  Interface with Customer Service, Accounting, Provisioning, Network Engineering and Regulatory business segment management teams.5.  Provide user support for retail billing system.6.  Support external financial audit requirements.7.  Develop, prepare and analyze reporting data to ensure all billing and usage elements are properly functioning.8.  Other responsibilities which may be required due to regulatory requirement, budget requirements and other special circumstances. Additional Duties:  1.  Report on and analyze usage processing to ensure all items are acquired, mediated, rated and inserted into the billing process.2.  Performs other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 1.  Billing Support Systems, with emphasis on end user billing processes, including usage processing, and rating.  Kenan experience is beneficial. 2.  Ability to act with minimal supervision.3.  Work well in team environment.4.  Self-motivated and willing to take on new assignments.5.  Excellent analytical, oral and written communication skills.6.  Proficient with E-mail, Instant Messenger.7.  Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.  Physical Demands and Work Environment: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
