Responsibilities include:- Running aging reports on delinquent accounts.- Contacting account holders and negotiating payment arrangements.- Follow up documentation and strategy for additional action.- Accepting payments from customers via telephone. Requirements: Extensive background and credit check required. Must be bondable. 5-10 years of Collections experience required, with consumer collections as part of expertise. Microsoft Office proficiency required, and ability to complete data entry in electronic format.
